1. This ticket is sold on behalf of the promoter of the Melbourne Comic and Toy Fair & Artist Alley, herein referred to as Moviola Enterprises, and is subject to the conditions of entry set by the promoter and the venue.
 

2. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded, or returned except where required by law. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any unauthorised resale of this ticket may deem it void. Moviola Enterprises is the only authorised seller of tickets for Melbourne Comic and Toy Fair.
 

3. The promoter reserves the right to vary any advertised programs, promotions, vendors, entertainment, or similar at any time. Any cancelled program, promotion, vendor, guest, or entertainment may not be replaced or substituted. Ticket purchasers agree tickets will not be refunded if a specific vendor, guest, promotion, or activity is cancelled or substituted.
 

4. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any patron. If any person fails to comply with the terms and conditions of entry set by the organisers or venue, they may be refused entry or ejected with no refund.
 

5. Ticket holders enter the venue and event at their own risk.
 

6. Cosplay is encouraged but not required. No weapons are permitted into the venue or event. This includes but is not limited to knives, swords, blades, baseball bats, paintball guns, replica guns that fire projectiles, metal spikes, nun-chucks, and anything else considered a weapon by the promoter. The organiser reserves the right to decide what is considered a weapon at its sole discretion.
 

7. Ticket holders under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a paying ticket holder to gain entry. Any under 10 ticket holders without a responsible paying ticket holder will be refused entry.
 

8. This ticket does not permit you to set up your own stall within the venue or allow you to act as a vendor selling goods to the public. You may trade with approved vendors but not with the public. Any unauthorised trading will result in removal from the venue with no refund.
 

9. No dogs or pets are allowed, except for clearly identifiable service animals.
 

10. By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used by Moviola Enterprises for future promotional and marketing purposes.
